How It Works

Build

We recruit and assemble your team based on your exact requirements. You interview and select candidates; we handle hiring, negotiation, and onboarding as the Employer of Record. For employees, they work with you in every sense except on paper.

Operate

We manage day-to-day operations, including local HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You get full control over culture, priorities, and work processes—your team, your way.

Transfer

When you're ready, we establish your local entity and transition all employees to your company smoothly. The shift is invisible—your team continues as if nothing changed.

Pricing

Minimum engagement: 5 employees

Pricing: small base fee + 5% of annual salary
